Role Overview
G Force Security is seeking a Training and Recruitment Officer to recruit, develop, and train exceptional security personnel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our frontline workforce.
Key Responsibilities
● Recruitment: Design strategies to attract qualified officers; conduct interviews, fitness tests, and background vetting.
● Training: Develop and deliver training programs that align with industry standards and company protocols.
● Evaluation: Monitor training effectiveness and maintain detailed certification records.
● Pipeline: Maintain a current database of qualified candidates for rapid deployment.
● Compliance: Ensure all processes align with Zambian labor laws and security regulations.
Candidate Specification
● Education: Diploma/Certificate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or HR.
● Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment/training. Background in military, law enforcement, or security services is a major advantage.
● Technical: Proficient in MS Office; strong presentation and organizational skills.
● Other: Valid Motorbike and Driver’s license (Added advantage).

● Location: Plot 48 Matandiko Street, PHI, Lusaka
● Employment: Fixed-Term Contract (Subject to renewal)
