Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator and Manager to elevate our short-term rental property brand. You will be responsible for showcasing our properties to potential guests, managing our online community, increasing direct bookings, and enhancing our visibility across social media platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and schedule daily engaging, high-quality photos, videos (Reels/TikTok), and stories showcasing our property. 
• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Guest Engagement & Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages in a friendly, professional manner to secure bookings.
• Local Influencer/Guest Outreach: Identify and collaborate with local influencers to showcase local attractions and the properties.
• Advertising & Campaigns: Run and optimize targeted paid social ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) to drive bookings and increase ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews and mentions to maintain a positive brand image. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media manager. 
• Exceptional skills in photography, videography, and editing tools. 
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently.
