About the Company and Role:

Dollar Tree Distributors is a distribution company involved in the supply of agricultural inputs and consumer goods (FMCG) products to businesses and customers across various market segments.

The company is seeking a proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to grow its customer base, drive revenue and strengthen relationships with business clients across the assigned territory.

This is a field-based position requiring strong prospecting, customer engagement, sales execution and account management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, commercially aware and capable of independently managing a sales territory while consistently achieving agreed sales and customer acquisition targets.

 Key responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business from retailers, agro-dealers, commercial,
• institutions, NGOs and corporate customers.
•  Conduct sales visits, present products and build relationships with purchasing decision-
• makers.
•  Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate within approved pricing and credit
• terms.
•  Achieve monthly sales and new-customer acquisition targets.
•  Grow existing accounts through repeat orders and cross-selling.
•  Coordinate with procurement, stores and logistics to fulfil customer orders.
•  Follow up on payments and support timely debt collection.
•  Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
•  Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports, including competitor and market feedback.

Qualifications & experience:

• At least two years’ experience in B2B, wholesale, distribution or field sales.
•  Proven ability to generate leads, win customers and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good numeracy and confidence preparing quotations and sales reports.
•  Ability to work independently, plan customer visits and follow through on commitments.
•  Computer literacy; experience using an ERP or CRM system is an advantage.
• Experience selling agricultural inputs or FMCG products is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage.
