  • Maintain positive business relationship with customers to maximize sales
  • Present, promote and sell product/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promote trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit analysis to existing potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer, problems and complaint to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory marketing potential, track sales status and status report
  • Ensure that all company procedures and laid down rules are followed.
  • Ensure that customers are properly welcomed
  • Ensure that the working place is clean at all times
  • Ensure that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month.
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualification

-Must have a full grade 12 certificate

-Must have certificate or diploma in business related programs

-Must have 1 year of hand on experience in sales.

-Must be computer literate
