  • Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, corrosion, structural defects, vibration, abnormal noise, or electrical faults.
  • Plan and implement shutdown maintenance and major overhauls for critical equipment.

  • Supervise technicians and contractors on-site, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and quality standards.
  • Manage maintenance of company properties including buildings, roofs, civil structures, drainage, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and water systems.
  • Maintain utilities such as power supply, backup generators, solar systems (if any), water supply, boreholes, and sewer systems.

  • Control spare parts and critical spares inventory; identify obsolescence risks and recommend replacements.
  • Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of new petroleum facilities, station upgrades, and refurbishments.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, environmental requirements, petroleum regulations, and insurance risk requirements.
  • Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, insurance surveys, and emergency response drills.
  • Track maintenance costs, analyze trends, and recommend cost-optimization and asset life-extension initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, drawings, manuals, and statutory documentation.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in petroleum operations, depots, filling stations, or similar industrial environments.
