Maintenance Controller

CONTRACT: PERMANENT – LUSAKA

Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

·        Coordinate and control all planned and reactive maintenance activities.

·        Act as the first point of contact for fault reporting and maintenance requests.

·         Monitor and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

·        Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.

·        Liaise with internal teams, engineers, and third-party contractors.

·        Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance process.

The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes.

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical.

·        Minimum 5 years proven experience in maintenance planning and coordination

·         Strong Organizational skills

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·        Problem-solving and analytical skills

·        Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
