Lodge RECEPTIONIST

### Job Overview

We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and reliable **Receptionist** to handle guest check-ins, phone enquiries, and front-desk administrative duties.

### Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests, manage reservations, and conduct seamless check-in/check-out procedures.

* Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and handle guest bookings.

* Maintain clear and accurate records of guest payments and daily register books.

### Qualifications & Requirements

* **Education:** Full Grade 12 Senior Secondary Certificate (**ECZ**).

* **SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:** **Priority will be given to candidates who completed Grade 12 between 2023 and 2025.** *(Completion date emphasis)*.

* **Residency Requirement:** **MUST currently reside in Chipata, Eastern Province.**

* Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
