Are you passionate about farming? Do you have practical farm experience and a Grade 12 certificate?

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and hardworking General Farm Workers to join our team in Lusaka and Chipembi. This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven agricultural enterprise that values people, discipline, and productivity.

YOU WILL THRIVE IF YOU CAN:

• Support milking of cows
• Feed and care for animals
• Plant, weed, and harvest crops
• Clean and maintain farm facilities and equipment
• Support irrigation and fencing tasks
• Operate farm tools and machinery where required
• Respect farm schedules and routines

WHAT WE VALUE:

• A Grade 12 Certificate
• 5 years Experience or knowledge in livestock, crops, or general farm work required
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Work harmoniously with a diverse team
• Take initiative and think on your feet

• Possess a genuine love for farming and learning
• Respect for people, animals, and the environment
• Sober habits
• Applicants with a valid driver’s license or ability to use farm equipment will have an advantage.
