· Manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department
· Ensure all aspects of the Panorama Month-end close are achieved.
· Sign off on all balance sheet reconciliations by the middle of the following month.
· Manage and run the Management Payroll.
· Forecast and manage daily cash flow requirements.
· Report on the financial performance of the business monthly.
· Manage the External Audit process to a successful conclusion.
· Formulate and update Panorama’s Accounting Policy
· Provide training to Finance and Non-Finance staff when required.
