Call for Tenders: Framework Agreement Tenders for conference and accommodation services– Zambia

Save the Children in Zambia has operations across the Country and is inviting qualified and existing vendors and service providers in provision of accommodation and conferences to submit tenders for establishing Framework Agreements for a period of 3 years

Scope of Work and Services

• Quality accommodation (clean, secure, disability-friendly, Wi-Fi, meals incl.).
• Standard conference/meeting facilities (natural lighting, AV equipment, internet, flipcharts, projector, sound system, fruits, coffee/tea breaks, buffet lunch).
• Catering with halal options.
• Staff professionalism and adherence to SCI safeguarding, anti-bribery, and ethical policies.

Responses should be submitted not later than 17:00 Hrs. Local time on Monday 10thth of November 2025 using the Bidder Response Document provided in Part 3 of each respective tender pack.
