Bonded Warehouse Site Supervisor - 1 Position

Huachen International Supply Chain Limited seeks to employ a Bonded Warehouse Site Supervisor in the Bonded Warehouse Department to join our growing team.

POSITION: Bonded Warehouse Site Supervisor – 1 Position

DEPARTMENT: Bonded Warehouse

LOCATION: Ndola

JOB PURPOSE

The position shall be responsible for overseeing daily bonded warehouse operations, stock verification, loading activities and warehouse traffic flow.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Field-on‑site Operation Management – supervise all site operations to ensure smooth handling of all bonded warehouse activities.

2.    Vehicle & Document Management – manage documentation, vehicle access and yard traffic by directing trucks to loading and offloading sites.

3.    On-site Personnel Management – supervise and manage bonded warehouse site personnel, including forklift operators and general assistants.

4.    Compliance & on‑site Risk Control – ensure all procedures are in full regulatory compliance, enforce proper HSE and security to minimise theft, damage to materials and unathourised access.

5.    Inventory Reconciliation – conduct verification checks on incoming and outgoing cargo against waybills to ensure accuracy in quantity and condition.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1.    Diploma or Degree in Transport & Logistics (CILT), Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (CIPS), Procurement, Warehousing or a related field.

2.    At least three (03) years' prior experience in bonded warehouse site management

3.    Basic knowledge of ZRA customs procedures (BOE / EX‑BOND) is preferred.

4.    Capable of managing site workforce, forklifts, reach stacker and truck fleet.

5.    Able to understand operational documents and perform basic data work with Excel.

6.    Must be a member of ZCILT

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1.    Good communication skills for managing a team; distinguish between minor issues (handle directly) and major issues (report upwards).

2.    Strong sense of safety awareness, customs compliance and responsibility.

MONTHLY GROSS SALARY: ZMW8,000.00
