Mechanical Draughtsman

A leading metal fabrication company specializing in precision engineering, custom metalwork, and structural fabrication. We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman to join our team and contribute to our high-quality production.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for metal fabrication projects.
Develop technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
Interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
Create BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist in project planning and troubleshooting design issues.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in metal fabrication.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
