Yellow Retail Representative

WE’RE HIRING: YELLOW RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES

Yellow is looking for energetic, customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Yellow Retail Representatives (YRRs).

As a Yellow Retail Representative, you will represent Yellow in partner smartphone stores, help customers access smartphones through Yellow Finance, complete customer applications and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do

• Drive sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Engage and educate customers about Yellow and phone financing
• Assist customers with the Yellow application process
• Ensure customer applications are accurate and complete
• Explain payment terms and ensure customers understand their contracts
• Follow up with customers and support them through the journey
• Represent Yellow professionally within partner stores
• Complete required reporting and store activities

What we're looking for

• 18 years or older
• Grade 12 certificate
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications
• Sales-driven, energetic and target-oriented
• Reliable, professional and self-motivated
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Available to work full-time, including Saturdays
