SOS/NO01/07/25: TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FARMING INPUTS – CHIPATA

SOS Children’s Villages in Zambia is an independent non-governmental social development organization that enables children to have a loving home with parents or care givers.  SOS Children’s Villages exists in 135 countries across the globe and the universal objective of SOS is to create a positive framework to maximize the chances for most vulnerable children to develop especially those who have lost or are at risk of losing parental care. SOS Children’s Villages Zambia is committed to supporting vulnerable children and families through its Family Strengthening and Alternative Care Services.

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia wishes to invite suitable bidders to submit their bids to supply and deliver farming inputs.

To qualify for participation, suppliers must submit the following documentation as part of the bid.

1)    Business registration certificates (PACRA Incorporation certificate)

2)    Valid tax clearance certificate

3)    Fully priced quotation with payment terms (SOS Children’s Villages Zambia does not offer advance payment. All payments are made after full delivery). Cleary Indicate delivery lead. Partial deliveries will not be accepted.

4)    Bids shall be valid for 30 days after submission.

5)    Company profile and atleast three reference letters from reputable clients as evidence for relevant or similar experience in providing the items/service.

6)    A letter from the bank stating account details and duly signed by the bank.

Eligible suppliers can obtain further information at SOS Children’s Villages, Plot number 23217/35 PHI Justo Mwale Road from the Procurement Office. All bids must be submitted electronically to the email below on or before 17:00hrs on Wednesday 16th July,2025. Late submissions will be rejected.
