We are seeking a qualified and experienced Team Leader to support operations at our concrete plant in Lusaka. The successful candidate will oversee daily transport and operational activities involving concrete mixer trucks while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·      Supervise and coordinate concrete mixer truck operations

·      Ensure timely and efficient delivery of concrete to project sites

·      Monitor vehicle performance and handle routine maintenance issues

·      Respond effectively to operational emergencies during transportation

·      Lead and support a team of drivers and operators

·      Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements

·      Proven experience driving concrete mixer trucks in a cement plant environment

·      Strong knowledge of mixer truck operations and procedures

·      Ability to handle routine maintenance and emergency situations

·      Experience as a loader operator is an added advantage

·      Must be a Lusaka resident with of local routes and procedures preferred

·      Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate

·      Diploma or Degree in the business or logistics related field

·      Strong leadership and communication skills
