Pneuma Mission’s Excellence Christian Academy (Kabwe) and Spring of Love School (Kapiri Mposhi)

Position Overview:

Excellence Christian Academy in Kabwe and Spring of Love School in Kapiri Mposhi are seeking dedicated and passionate Teachers to join our team. We are looking for educators who are committed to fostering Christian values and providing academic excellence. Teachers will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students from Baby Class through Grade 7 in an environment that nurtures both academic growth and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons that integrate Christian values and academic rigor.

• Develop engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.

• Assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership.

• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.

• Actively promote discipline, respect, and Christian teachings within the school community.

• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in teaching Baby Class through Grade 7.

• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

• Passion for Christian values and a commitment to promoting them in the classroom.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• TCZ (Teaching Council of Zambia) registration is required.

• Teaching license is an added advantage.

• G12 O Levels with a minimum of Credit in 5 subjects, including English, Math, Science, and any other two subjects.

• Diploma or Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification is required.

• Kabwe-based candidates are preferred for Excellence Christian Academy, and Kapiri Mposhi-based candidates are preferred for Spring of Love School.

• Willingness to work in a Christian school environment is essential.
