Job Summary
Kamwesa Zambia Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor & Quality Control Officer to support the Operations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring service quality, auditing operational sites, managing site inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits for prospective clients and assist with site assessments and quotations.
• Carry out routine inspections and quality audits of active client sites.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure work is performed according to company standards.
• Verify availability and proper usage of cleaning chemicals, consumables, equipment, and PPE at all sites.
• Identify shortages, damages, and operational gaps and prepare replenishment requests.
• Prepare detailed site audit, inspection, and compliance reports.
• Monitor staff attendance, appearance, conduct, and performance on assigned sites.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Investigate client complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the Operations Officer in implementing operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of site inspections, inventory checks, and corrective actions.
• Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in operations supervision, management, cleaning services, construction, or related industries.
• Valid driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
• Strong report-writing and inspection skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and conduct frequent field visits.
