Position Overview

M31 is urgently seeking four (4) energetic and detail-oriented short-term staff to support the Business Development (BD) team in updating and expanding our Consultants Database.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and profile new consultants to grow the organization’s talent pool.
• Update consultant CVs into the M31 standard format with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate with consultants to request missing details, updated CVs, and additional documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

We need individuals who are:

• High-energy and proactive.
• Highly proficient in MS Word.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
