Job Overview
Galancy Zambia Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our young and growing team. The role involves promoting and selling GPS tracking and fleet management solutions to various clients. Our solutions help organizations monitor vehicles, reduce fuel costs, enhance safety, and improve operational efficiency.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and managing the sales process in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new sales leads among organizations in sectors such as logistics, transport, construction, mining, Individuals, and related industries.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote GPS Speed Limiter and fleet management solutions.
- Carry out product demonstrations of GPS hardware and software platforms.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signing and payment collection, in accordance with company procedures.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the fleet management and tracking industry.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts as required by management.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
ï‚· Â Grade 12 School Certificate with a pass in English
ï‚· Â Certificate or Diploma in any of the following (added advantage, not mandatory):
·       Sales & Marketing
·       Business Administration
·       ICT / Information Technology
·       Transport & Logistics Management
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, fleet management, or related industries.
- Demonstrable understanding of GPS tracking, GPS Speed Limiter, Geotab, speed limiter, and fleet management systems.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with GPS Speed Limiter and solutions, including GPS trackers, fuel sensors, dash cameras, MDVRs, and tracking software platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements
- Valid Zambian driver’s license (Added advantage).
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Employment Terms
- Employment Type: Full-time (subject to probation for 3 months).
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
- Remuneration: TBA.
