In Zambia, we are a licensed international and domestic courier company, headquartered in Lusaka.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you are a manager in your own rights, who will play a leading role in initiating, generating and activating Sales and Marketing leads in B2B and B2C mix to capture the Corporate, SME and individuals to order, shop n ship and courier them with us from our various hubs up to the customers’ door steps.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1.   Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote our services.

2.   Identifying key customer segments and market opportunities.

3.   Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

4.   Leveraging social media and digital marketing to boost brand visibility and promoting our new business hubs.

5.   Meeting potential customers and offering solutions tailored to their needs.

6.   Driving business growth by meeting and exceeding set monthly sales targets as defined by Key Performance Indicators.

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

·        Diploma or or higher in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration with marketing, Business development, Customer Service or any related fields.

·        A Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields or combination is much desirable.

·        At least 3–4 years of practical skills and experience preferably in service industries, freight and forwarding or courier business.

·        A good and effective communicator, negotiator with a pleasant personality and work ethics, able to work independently and proactively as part of a team to drive success.

·        Hands on skills and Proficiency in creating compelling digital content for effective and efficient marketing through print and social media platforms.

·        Able to use all Microsoft Office packages and tool for report writing, networking and collaboration.

·        Active membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) or Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM is mandatory.

·        Should be honest, integrity and accountable to all company resources including time and attendance.
