The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys working with people, has an interest in children's learning and development, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and educational retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at our East Park Mall kiosk
• Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable educational products
• Explain the learning benefits and appropriate use of products
• Process sales and maintain accurate records
• Keep the kiosk organised, attractive, and well-stocked
• Create content for, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media and messaging platforms
• Assist in planning and implementing promotions and marketing campaigns
• Support school, teacher, and parent engagement activities
• Prepare weekly sales and activity reports
• Maintain daily sales and expenses records

Requirements

• Education
• Diploma in: Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an added advantage
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Basic Canva or content creation/graphics designing skills are an advantage
• Attributes
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
• Friendly and confident
• Self-motivated, creative and eager to learn
• Passion for education, children, and learning
• Comfortable speaking on camera and creating content

Location

• Must be residing within Lusaka and closer to east park (at most one public bus drop off to East Park Mall with)
