(Abt) is contracted by Department of State to conduct high quality Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) programs in multiple Presidential Malaria Initiative (PMI) supported countries in Sub Saharan Africa and the Mekong region in Southern Asia. This is accomplished through what is called the PMI Evolve Project. The purpose of this project is to achieve the targets in Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) through implementation of a high-quality IRS program, conducting comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the IRS program, and developing the national capacity to conduct IRS. Activities are carried out in full collaboration with the National Malaria Control/Elimination Programs (NMCP/NMEP).

Abt Global LLC., seeks firm, fixed-price quotations for the supply and delivery of various items for the 2026 Indoor Residual Spray Campaign in Zambia:

1.     Printing and Delivery of Data Entry Forms for the 2026 IRS Campaign in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia

2.     Supply and delivery of Indoor Residual and Spray Commodities for the 2026 IRS Campaign in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia

3.     Supply and Delivery of 750Mls Bottles of Drinking Water for Spray Teams during the 2026 IRS Campaign in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia

4.     Supply and Delivery of Stationery for the 2026 IRS Spray Campaign in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia.

5.     Supply and Delivery of Flash Light Batteries –Alkaline for the Zambia 2026 IRS Campaign in Chipata, Eastern Province, Zambia.
