RICHBEL CAR HIRE AND TOURS IN KITWE, is looking for Front Office/ Receptionist.
QUALIFICATIONS.
· Education: A full Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels, including English.
· Professional Training: A Diploma or Degree in Front Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations or Business Administration.
· Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role.
KEY SKILLS &ATTRIBUTES
· Communication: Fluency in English with excellent verbal skills is essential for handling international and local clients.
· IT Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment like printers and scanners.
· Customer Service: A friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and “ telephone etiquette”
· Organization: Ability to multitask, manage digital files and maintain a tidy reception area under pressure.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcoming visitors and determining the nature of their visit.
· Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls professionally.
· Managing bookings, responding to email inquiries and drafting correspondence.
· Providing administrative support, such as filing and maintaining office records.
