Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction and a valid Engineering Practicing License (EIZ).

The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water infrastructure projects — including solar pumping, borehole installations, plumbing, and small-scale irrigation systems — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project implementation — from site assessments and design reviews to completion and commissioning.
• Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and technical staff on project sites.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and procurement in collaboration with the Operations and Procurement departments.
• Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
• Support the development of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Valid EIZ Practicing License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in water, construction, or solar-related projects.
• Proven experience in project management, team supervision, and on-site execution.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and able to prepare technical documentation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to project sites.
