Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Lusaka for a Project Controller. The Project Controller will oversee and manage jobs based on clientel needs, track schedules, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing progress reports, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets. The role also involves analyzing project risks, recommending solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manage Trucks, analyze Challenges, and track progress
• Experience with routing and scheduling, Truck allocation, and progress tracking
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze risks and recommend actionable solutions
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• A qualification in Transport and Logistics, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
