We are seeking an experienced Office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will possess

Primary Requirements & Synopsis:

Lusaka based candidate
10-15 km from thabo Mbeki road
has to have their own personnel to holder vehicle in good running condition
Proficiency in Pastel and Sage 200 with proven experience with integration of the ZRA Smart-Invoicing System & Pastel.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in office management or a related field, preferably within the retail sector.
Good-running vehicle, self-owned.
Ability to adapt to flexible hours as per workload.
Sage 200 Pastel & Excel & proper record-keeping abilities
To be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a high level of integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
