Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions:

1) Production Shift Engineers (3 Positions)

Job Overview:

The Production Shift Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production processes during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. The role involves coordinating operations, troubleshooting issues, and leading shift teams.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Monitor and control production processes to meet targets

ii. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

iii. Supervise and support production staff during shifts

iv. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly

v. Prepare shift reports and maintain production records

Minimum Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Engineering or related field (minimum requirement)
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering is an added advantage
• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

2) Water Treatment Operators (2 Positions)

Job Overview:

The Water Treatment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment systems to ensure safe and efficient water supply in compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Operate water treatment equipment and systems

ii. Monitor water quality and perform routine testing

iii. Maintain accurate operational records

iv. Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

v. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Experience in water treatment operations is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness

3) Welder (1 Position)

Job Overview:

The Welder will be responsible for and repairing metal structures and equipment using appropriate welding techniques while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Perform welding, cutting, and tasks

ii. Interpret technical drawings and specifications

iii. Inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality

iv. Maintain welding equipment and tools

v. Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Welding and
• Proven experience in welding and metal
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail

3) Fitter (1 Position)

Job Overview:

The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

i. Install and maintain mechanical equipment

ii. Diagnose and perform repairs

iii. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

iv. Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components

v. Maintain tools and workshop equipment 

Minimum Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Mechanical Fitting or related field
• Experience in industrial maintenance is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

4) Mechanical Shift Engineer (1 Position)

Job Overview:

The Mechanical Shift Engineer will oversee all mechanical operations during assigned shifts, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Supervise mechanical maintenance activities

ii. Ensure timely repair of equipment breakdowns

iii. Plan and execute preventive maintenance

iv. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements

v. Lead and guide maintenance teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement)
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong leadership and technical skills

6) Electrical Shift Engineer (1 Position)

Job Overview:

The Electrical Shift Engineer will be responsible for managing electrical systems and maintenance activities during shifts to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Oversee electrical maintenance and troubleshooting

ii. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards

iii. Monitor electrical systems performance

iv. Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance

v. Maintain accurate maintenance records 

Minimum Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement)
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and diagnosis
