MULTIPLE POSITION VACANCIES

GUOLI ENERGY ZAMBIA LIMITEDinvites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Bricklayers (3 Positions)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bricklaying and block work
• Ability to read basic construction drawings
• Knowledge of building materials and construction tools
• Physically fit and able to work under minimal supervision
• Trade Test Certificate will be an added advantage

2. Security Guards (5 Positions)

Requirements:

• Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous security experience will be an added advantage
• Good communication and observation skills
• Physically fit, disciplined, and alert
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights

3. Electricians (3 Positions)

Requirements:

• Craft Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years proven practical experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, maintenance, and fault finding
• Experience in Optical Fiber Cable Fusion (splicing and testing)
• Experience in High-Voltage (HV) Cable termination and jointing
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Valid practicing license (where applicable) will be an added advantage

4. Excavator Operators (2 Positions)

Requirements:

• Valid Excavator Operator’s License or Certificate
• Minimum of 2–3 years operating experience
• Ability to conduct daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites
• Good work discipline, reliability, and attention to safety

5. Chinese Translator (1 Position – Site Based)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
• Ability to accurately translate technical, construction, and site-related instructions
• Previous experience on construction or industrial sites will be an added advantage
• Understanding of workplace safety and site operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
• Willingness to work full-time on site and adapt to site working hours

• Must be aged 18 years and above
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork skills, good attitude, and integrity
