Goldenlay Agri Ltd is the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs across Zambia, with a well-established brand recognized by both retailers and consumers. We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Mechanical Fitters

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical repairs and fabrication work as assigned.
• Conduct fabrication and repair activities within poultry houses.
• Participate in mechanical maintenance tasks, including installation, alignment, overhauling, and repair of machinery.
• Maintain de-dusting units and tension chains in poultry houses.
• Conduct oiling and greasing of chains and bearings.
• Assist in servicing, replacing, assembling, and fitting machinery components and installations.
• Support breakdown response, maintenance, overhauling, and commissioning of machines and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, work procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Follow equipment handling procedures, ensuring maintenance tools and personnel are cleared before handing over equipment for operation.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Minimum of a Craft Certificate or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
