The key job responsibilities for the person we are looking for are:
· Assist the marketing executive in overseeing sales and marketing, maintain contact with field clients to ensure they are properly served, ensure expansion of the company client base, and promote and market the company stock products.
· Report and provide feedback in liaison with the marketing executive on customer product requirements.
· Help maintain, file sales records and closely follow up credit sales to ensure they are timely paid in accordance with the agreed and signed payment plans.
· In liaison with the marketing executive, provide timely advice on market and sales trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
· Help the marketing executive to obtain stock part numbers (OEM) from our retailing outlet and the market, to help management place bulk orders to service our clients.
· Partake in the sales and marketing trips and the delivery of ordered goods to our various clients across the country.
· In liaison with the marketing executive, participate in sales forecasting reports on a monthly basis.
· Participate in packing of ordered goods and full verification of goods before delivery, as and when required.
· Handle any other work related assignments as delegated by management.
· Participate in identifying products required to be ordered after feedback from clients.

· Understanding of basic sales techniques, customer acquisition, and retention
· Support in executing marketing strategies and promotional activities
2.Customer Relationship Management
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with field clients
· Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
· Effective follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales service
3.Market Research & Product Knowledge
· Ability to gather market intelligence on product demand, trends, and competitor activity
· Basic understanding of automotive spare parts and OEM part numbers (or willingness to learn quickly)
· Ability to identify new products required based on client feedback
4.Sales Administration & Record Keeping
· Accurate filing and maintenance of sales records
· Ability to follow up on credit sales and monitor payment plans
· Basic reporting and documentation skills
5.Logistics & Distribution Support
· Willingness to participate in deliveries and sales trips across the country
· Ability to assist in packing, verification, and dispatch of goods
· Understanding of basic inventory and stock control processes
6.Teamwork & Communication
· Ability to work closely with the marketing executive and other departments
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to take instructions and collaborate effectively
Qualifications Required:
· Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate with a pass in English and Mathematics.
· Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (added advantage).
· At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in automotive spare parts is an advantage).
· Basic computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for sales and deliveries (added advantage).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
THE REMUMERATION FOR THIS JOB IS FIXED PAY + COMMISSION BASED (PERFORMANCE BASED)
FIXED PAY PLUS COMMISSION (7 %): PAID MONTHLY ON TOTAL SALES ACHIEVED (DETAILS AS AGREED IN THE CONTRACT)
