Palmerston Global Markets Zambia Limited is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing and Brand Management Representative to manage the marketing activities of several client brands.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone who can independently manage the full marketing cycle, from strategy and content creation to publishing, website updates, SEO, GEO and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Create graphics, captions, promotional content and short-form videos.
- Capture and edit photographs and videos for digital platforms.
- Manage content across, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Update client websites, landing pages, blogs and promotional content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO and local SEO strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search through Generative Engine Optimization.
- Monitor comments, messages, leads and customer engagement.
- Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Communicate professionally with clients and coordinate content approvals.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging and visual quality across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management.
- Proven experience managing business or client social media accounts.
- Strong graphic design, copywriting and video-editing skills.
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify or Webflow.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, local SEO, GEO and digital analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication, organization and client-management skills.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Webflow
- Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Email marketing and project-management platforms
- AI-assisted marketing and content tools
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is creative, technically capable and commercially aware. They should be able to understand a client’s business, develop a marketing plan, create and publish content, manage campaigns and clearly report on results.
Agency, consultancy or multi-brand marketing experience will be an added advantage.
