1.    Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent

2.    Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or Equivalent

3.    Teaching Methodology qualification - Mandatory

4.    Accreditation to TEVETA - Mandatory

5.    3 Years’ Experience in Lecturing/Facilitation

6.    3 Years Industry in the field.
