About the Company
Peony-Bloom Ventures (Education) is developing a new international K–12 school in Ibex Meanwood, Lusaka. We are recruiting an HR Officer to join our long-term core team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews
• Prepare and manage employment contracts
• Ensure compliance with Zambian Labour Laws
• Handle NAPSA, PAYE, NHIMA submissions
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and staff relations
• Coordinate with CEO, administration, and finance teams
• Assist with general office and project support during school development
Requirements
• Must be a Zambian citizen (required by law for HR roles)
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years HR experience
• Knowledge of Labour Law / NAPSA / PAYE is required
• Experience in education or construction industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a growing organisation
