Job Summary

The Excavator Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform excavation, trenching, grading, and earthmoving tasks safely and efficiently on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for digging, trenching, and material handling
• Perform site preparation and earthworks according to project plans
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Work closely with site supervisors and ground crew
• Ensure accurate and precise excavation work
• Report, damages, or safety hazards immediately

Requirements

• Proven experience operating excavators
• Valid operator license/certification
• Good understanding of construction site safety
• Ability to read and interpret site plans (advantage)
• Physically fit and able to work long hours

2. Front-End Loader Operator

• Operate front-end loader to move materials on site

• Maintain proper stockpile management
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Ensure safe operation in busy construction environments
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Experience operating a front-end loader
• Valid operator certification/license
• Strong awareness of safety procedures
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good coordination and attention to detail

3. TLB (Tractor Loader Backhoe) Operator

The TLB Operator is responsible for performing both excavation and loading tasks using a tractor loader backhoe, supporting various construction and civil works projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate TLB for digging, backfilling, loading, and lifting tasks
• Perform minor trenching and utility works
• Switch efficiently between loader and backhoe functions
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily
• Follow safety regulations and site procedures
• Assist with general site operations when required
• Report mechanical issues promptly
