The Head of SalesĀ is responsible forĀ developing and executing the companyās sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share,Ā leadingĀ a high performing salesĀ teamĀ andĀ achievingĀ business targets. The role oversees the sales team, manages key client relationships, and ensures effective sales performance across all channels.Ā
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
⢠Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the companyās businessĀ Ā Ā Ā objectives.Ā
⢠Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.Ā
⢠Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards for the department.Ā
⢠MonitorĀ daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to management.Ā
⢠IdentifyĀ new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth.Ā
⢠Build andĀ maintainĀ strong relationships with key customers, partners,Ā and stakeholders.Ā
⢠Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports.Ā
⢠Ensure effective territory management and market penetration strategies.Ā
⢠Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.Ā
⢠Review and improve sales processes, systems, and customer acquisition strategies.Ā
⢠Coach and develop sales staff through training, performance management, and mentorship.Ā
⢠Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.Ā

Qualifications & ExperienceĀ
⢠Bachelorās DegreeĀ in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Ā An MBA would be an added advantageĀ
⢠Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.Ā
⢠Minimum of 5ā8 years relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.Ā
⢠ProvenĀ track recordĀ of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ā
⢠Experience in team leadership and performance management.Ā
