We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and safety-focused Fleet Manager – Fuel Tanker Operations to oversee the efficient management of our fuel tanker fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective transport operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of the fuel tanker fleet.
Ensure full compliance with road transport regulations, dangerous goods transportation requirements, and company policies.
Monitor vehicle utilization, productivity, and operational performance to maximize fleet efficiency.
Supervise and support drivers, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, management, and company standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Prepare operational reports, fleet performance analyses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
Coordinate driver recruitment, induction, performance management, and ongoing training.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, workshop personnel, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless operations.
