Location: Masenga Farms – Ndola - Luanshya - Masangano Road, Zambia

Masenga Farms is one of Zambia’s most diverse agribusiness operations, specializing in fish farming, piggery, poultry, and hospitality services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and coordinate our daily farm operations, ensuring productivity, sustainability, and profitability across all units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across piggery, poultry, fish farming, and crop production.
• Supervise and train farm workers to ensure efficiency and high productivity.
• Monitor breeding, feeding, and overall animal health programs.
• Maintain strong biosecurity standards and hygiene practices.
• Oversee budgeting, stock management, and operational reporting.
• Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that improve farm output.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing a mixed farm (piggery & poultry experience essential).

- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage teams and meet production goals.

- Computer literacy and record-keeping experience preferred.
