JOB ADVERTISEMENT: EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

KEDA Zambia Ceramics is seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating excavators in an industrial or construction environment and must be based in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for digging, trenching, loading, and material handling.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage and ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow site safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Work closely with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Excavator Operator certification/license.
• At least 3 years of proven experience operating excavators.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
• Must reside in Lusaka.
