Job Summary

We are seeking for a highly skilled and qualified Data Analyst to join our team. You will turn all the field reports into simple, accurate summaries that show where we are growing, where we are weak, Manage Social Media, create content and webpage.

Technical skills required:

SQL: To query and extract data from databases.

Excel: To perform intermediate-level analysis, including using formulas and pivot tables.

Python or R: For more complex data manipulation and analysis, with Python being a common choice.

Data visualization tools: Familiarity with software like Tableau or Power BI to create reports and dashboards.

Statistical knowledge: Understanding descriptive and inferential statistics to interpret data correctly. 

Analytical and soft skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving: The ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and solve complex problems.

Communication: Effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Ø Consolidated all field data from Google Forms, Statements and ZANACO Reports and Produce one report for decision making.

Ø Prepare daily /Weekly reports for Area Reps/ Project Manager and Managing Director.

Ø Design content to promote the business through social media(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and webpage

Ø Identify Dormant Agents quickly and track Area Rep visitation through Google forms.

Ø Build automated Dashboards for Agent Activity, Penetration, Reactivations, Float Distribution, and Cluster/District comparison.

Ø Collaborate with Project Manager to assign realistic targets.

Who You Are:

1)   You must have a diploma or Degree in Information Management System (IMIS), Economics, Mathematics or related

2)   Must have 2 to 3 years of working experience

3)   Proficient in Excel, Python, SQL, Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

4)   Highly organized, with excellent time-management.

5)   A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
