Corporate Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to lead high-value commercial relationships across Zambia’s corporate and banking sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing senior-level relationships, identifying and closing high-value business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and growing existing corporate and banking accounts. The role will also contribute to strengthening sales processes and mentoring the commercial team as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and banking partners.
• Identify, develop and close high-value commercial opportunities.
• Represent the organisation in senior-level engagements with corporate and financial-sector stakeholders.
• Manage complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and successful closure.
• Structure commercial agreements that meet client needs while supporting business growth.
• Contribute to the development and mentoring of the commercial/sales team.
• Strengthen pipeline management, reporting and sales follow-up processes.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing corporate and banking accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms directly with clients.
• Manage customer account profitability while supporting sustainable growth

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate or banking relationships.
• Proven track record of managing high-value relationships and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Experience working with or selling to banks or financial institutions, preferably in a relationship-management capacity.
• Experience in the Zambian market, with an established corporate or financial-sector network being an added advantage.
• Experience in fintech or technology-related industries will be an added advantage.
• Experience mentoring sales teams or contributing to the development of sales processes.
