1. Project Manager with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or any construction related field from any recognized Institution

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on similar infrastructure projects
• Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
• Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or the equivalent corresponding professional body

2/. Site Engineer/Agent with the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Science from any recognized Institution.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for construction projects
• Professional registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
• Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or the equivalent corresponding professional body

3/. General Foreman with the following qualifications:

A Diploma in construction or building technology from any recognized institution

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman or site supervisor in construction projects
• Professional registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
• Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)

4/. Bricklayer with a craft or trades certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering accredited to TEVETA 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar construction roles.
