CLEANING SERVICES

School Year 2026/27

ISL invites sealed tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide comprehensive, professional daily cleaning services across the ISL campus on an ongoing contract basis.

AREAS TO BE CLEANED

• Offices & staff areas
• Classrooms & learning spaces
• Ladies & gents toilets
• Boardroom & reception
• Corridors, halls & windows

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 19 cleaning staff
• On-site supervisor at all times
• Uniforms & PPE for all staff
• All chemicals & equipment included
• Valid police clearances required

COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS

• PACRA company registration
• ZRA tax clearance certificate
• Public liability insurance (min K1M)
• NAPSA employer registration
• Client references (minimum 2)

PRICING: All quotes must be submitted on a per-person per-month, all-inclusive basis covering salary, allowances, PPE, chemicals, equipment, meals, NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, workers' compensation, insurance, overheads, and VAT (16%). Minimum 19 staff.
