JOB TITLE: Child Sensitive Social Protection Community Facilitator

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Child Sensitive Social Protection Community Facilitator mobilizes and supports communities to strengthen the child sensitivity of social protection programs at the local level. The role works with Government Social Welfare Officers, Case Management Volunteers, Community-Based Structures Ward Development Committees (WDCs), Community Social Welfare Assistance Committees (CWACs), School and Health Facility Staff, Local CSOs/NGOs, Faith and Traditional Leaders, and Women and Youth Groups. S/he will ensure that all interventions are rights-based, inclusive, gender responsive, and safeguarding-compliant, with strong linkages to transparency & accountability and essential social services.
