Twenty-Thirty View Lodge is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Chef to join our hospitality team.

Position: Chef

Location: Twenty-Thirty View Lodge, Barlastone Park, Lusaka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with lodge standards.
• Plan menus and develop new dishes to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and hygienically at all times.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen assistants where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, lodge, restaurant, or similar establishment.
• Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
