2026- PROCUREMENT SOLICITATION DOCUMENT

ICSP/ NAT/ 001/ 2026: Tender for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar- Powered Drip- Irrigation Systems for 6* selected women/ youth- led Farmer Field Schools (FFSs) in Mongu, Kaoma and Namwala.

Nutri-aid Trust (NAT) would like to invite bidders/ suppliers to submit quotations for the following lots of work:

ü Lot 1. Siting and drilling of boreholes at 6 locations as indicated in the table below. Bore holes specifications should be 6 inch up to a depth of 100 m. The sites are indicated in the table below.

ü Lot 2. Fencing of 06 field plots measuring 75m x 75 m with game wire on 2.4 m concrete poles, complete with lockable entrance gates. The sites are indicated in the table below.

ü Lot 3. Installation of 06 Tank stands, 06 x 5 000 liters capacity water tanks accompanied with solar pumps and solar panels. The sites are indicated in the table below.

ü Lot 4: Supply and installation of 1-acrea drip irrigation systems at 06 sites (75m*75m per site). Main lines of 50 mm poly pipes and 1.6 l/hr. x 0.3m spacing and 0.2 mm drip tapes. The sites are indicated in the table below.

ü Bidders are expected to fund their own site visits and NAT shall issue signed site- visit certificates upon completion and ensure to attach this certificate to your Bid.

ü Bidders can bid for one or more lots. Works to be completed by June 2026.

ü Deadline for receiving complete bids is 31st March, 2026.

ü Company Profile, NCC- B/C, Certificate of Incorporation, ZPPA, Tax Clearance, Actual Quotations, Delivery period, Bid Validity, Past experience, 1* EIZ- certified engineer, Proof of equipment ownership and Banking Details.

ü Mode of submission shall be hard- copy tender- documents to be deposited in the tender box located at Nutri- Aid Trust (NAT) Head- Office at the address indicated below.
