To continue maintaining our standards, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and standard procedure task inspections.
• Perform maintenance, manufacturing, installation, repairs, and project work to craft standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime.
• Meet daily work targets and project milestones, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Prioritize and monitor work activities, hold yourself accountable for results, and encourage others to meet targets.
• Motivate yourself and team members to overcome challenges and meet goals.
• Assist in planning and laying out work for new projects.
• Ensure maximum plant availability and operational efficiency at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize plant downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full Grade 12 certificate.
• Craft Certificate Metal Fabrication
• Membership with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
