Description
To provide accurate accounting support to the Finance and Administration department by managing daily accounting tasks and maintaining day to day accounting records and payments. Additionally, manage payroll administration to ensure that salaries are paid on a timely manner
Duties And Responsibilities
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Posting journal entries and petty cash management;
- Making daily payments for expenses due;
- Maintaining accounts payable and receivable
- maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts and control accounts.
- Prepare fixed asset register and maintenance.
7. Update job knowledge by participating in educationalopportunities;
8.Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
9.Maintain accurate and complete register of invoices, agreements
and all other supporting documents for each and every accounting entry.
10.Monitoring of branch funding needs and all expenses.
11.Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets track.
